Diamonds are forever

My day started the right way....

With a Bill's Super Green Smoothie, it was delicious. I always feel really good after a smoothie, it's like a mini detox and as the weather was pretty sunny, it was really refreshing.

I decided to wear my diamond print shirt that I love, I bought it from H&M last week and teamed it with my leather skirt and statement cobalt over sized bag.
I love to have a black and white outfit with a pop of colour I think it looks really chic.
I had arranged to head out for dinner with two of my oldest friends this evening so with this in mind I decided to chuck some heels in my bag and change later on after college.

One of my best friends bought me these gorgeous rings for my birthday so I decided to stack them all together and they looked great with my bright red nails.

When I got to class I noticed there was a variety of fake blood bottles of all shapes and sizes laying around. After the 'How to groom men' talk and prep we were told we were now going to learn how to apply prosthetics. FUN.

I was immediately excited and grabbed my friend and couldn't wait to slit her wrists and give her black eye, I found it so creative and interesting. For a first attempt they actually look pretty good!
I created the cut with wax and dried fake blood and the black eye and split lip with special face paint.

Not quite as glam as your used to right?

After class was over I headed to Shoreditch with my friend from the course to have a look around her flat and wait until I met my friends later in the evening. She showed me all the cool and quirky things - I took a couple of photo's for you to get the vibe.

Pretty cool ay.

After a few hours chilling I changed into heels and touched up my makeup and walked to Houxton Square to meet my friends. I loved the outfit with the heels, if only I could get away with wearing them to college!

I'm finding this leather skirt very useful and it has become a strong competitor as a staple in my wardrobe, It must mean something. Many don't make it.

We decided to dine at 'The Breakfast Club' as it was recommended to me and my friends had eaten there before. It certainly didn't disappoint, with it's quirky furnishings and great selection on the menu. It was even happy hour so Cocktails all £5. You can't go wrong!

I went for Mojitos.

'The Flamingo Burger' - not only is this named after my favourite animal, it came with pickles. It was a winner.

And as if that wasn't enough food already, I also opted for the Berry Pancakes - I decided not to eat the bun of my burger and less chips, just so I could save room. That's commitment.

Yes thats clotted cream on the top...

I would highly recommend 'The Breakfast Club' if your in this neck of the woods.

After diner we headed out for more cocktails and choose to go to Callooh Callay, it was very posh. I opted for a 'Little Miss Sunshine" cocktails which was so delicious I forgot to take a picture. Oops. I think if something has a nice name or interesting name your more likely to by it, very clever marketing indeed!

I got back pretty late tonight, hence why I'm writing so late. Tonight was lovely, I'm starting to see why people fall in love with the east of London. It's very alluring and buzzy.

I have also had a little blog make over, I hope you like it!

Tomorrow brings another shoot day, and I couldn't be looking forward to it more. The excitement doesn't stop at the moment. Everything is new.

I'll keep you posted :)
