Ahoy there Thursday

What another gorgeous morning, Inspired by the GBBO last night, I woke up and got to baking. My favourite is Coffee and Walnut cake, even though I don't like coffee. Strange. It turned out pretty well I'm still to try a slice though.

My dad had asked if I wanted to go out for lunch with him, Obviously jumped at the offer. He told me I could chose where we ate, after a little think I decided I wanted to try out 'The Beach Deck' as I keep hearing amazing reviews.

Knowing that It was right on the beach and it was a beautiful day I thought this was the perfect opportunity to wear my new anchor T-shirt. I'm a little anchor obsessed.

I went for the classic red lips and liner look. To compliment the navy in outfit choice. I think a nice matte red lip is so glam for the day, with a casual outfit. This Lipstick shade is by MAC - Relentlessly Red

The Beach Deck is so so pretty, Idyllic in fact. I don't think you could be closer to the sea, without actually sunbathing on the stones.

I ordered a 'Naked Burger' with sweet potato fries. YUM. It's probably one of the best I have had. My dad went for the Fish Pie - he said the same. I had such a lovely afternoon in the sunshine.

And then this happened... opps!

A chocolate, hazelnut and brown sundae, I couldn't resist, chocolate got the better of me.

When I got home I walked Flo along the beach and around the parks, she is so funny. Every dog she meets she thinks is her best friend and wont leave alone, I'm going to miss walking her in the sunshine.

I made a quick change of hair, make up and attire and got ready for a cinema date with my boy. I picked out a simple grey jumper dress with leather details, changed my lippy for a subtle pink shade and went for my go-to top knot.

 Dress - ASOS
Shoes - Very
Bag - Celine

Now let's talk about the shoes, I have only worn this pair twice and god knows why because I absolutely love them. They are so comfy too. Such a cool but chic statement heels, the lace style is so in at the moment too.

We headed over to the cinema, I popped into TK Maxx as we got there a few minutes early. I did grab a few bargains, and I can't wait to blog them as soon as the weather gets cooler and I can wear them.

Even though I do love summer, I get really excited buying new winter bits, I find there is always so much more choice and detailing for autumn/winter designs.

Finally It was time to watch 'Sex Tape' I've been dying to watch it ever since I saw the advert at the cinema a few months back. Anything that Cameron Diaz touches turns to gold, so I knew it was going to be good - If you haven't been... GO.

we grabbed some pic'n'mix and enjoyed the film.

I've just got back, another lovely day spent with the ones I love. And it's only one day until the wedding I've been looking forward to so much. Tomorrow I'm on friend duties, making sure everything is sorted for Saturday. So for now it's time for some beauty sleep, we all know how important that is...

 I'll keep you posted :)
